Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Portage, Wisconsin is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience for customers and insurance partners. You will manage appointments, gather required documents, and support the Repair Facility Team.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, at least 1 year in a similar role, and strong communication and multitasking skills. Knowledge of CCC One and ARMS is a plus, with opportunities for growth and benefits included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in a similar role preferred.
• 1 year in auto body or similar environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and multitasking under pressure.
• Good oral and written communication with sales drive and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One and planner.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization docs.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record communications with customers or insurers using CCC One notes.
• Manage ARMS to ensure rentals are tracked in CCC One.
• Update CCC One with rental car usage information.
