Job summary

Caliber Collision in Morrow, GA is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform writing estimates, process reviews, and customer communications. You will manage vehicle check-ins, final paperwork, and total loss administration, while delivering status updates to customers in line with Caliber standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write vehicle estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork.
• Finalize total loss administration and invoicing.
• Communicate post-repair plans and status updates to customers.
• Ensure adherence to Caliber safety rules and company standards.
