Job summary

Caliber Collision in Atlanta–Buckhead is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage vehicle check-ins and final paperwork before delivery. The role supports total loss administration and ongoing communication with customers while upholding Caliber safety rules and standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
• Adhere to Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards.
