• Manage inventory processes including check-in, scanning, and reconciliation.
• Perform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle administrative tasks such as printing reports, paperwork, audits, and payments.
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair invoices for accuracy, collaborating across teams.
