You will guide customers through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications, and you will coordinate service and billing to ensure a transparent process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and read/transcribe data accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
• Conduct vehicle condition assessments for appraisals and share findings with Buyers.
• Manage vehicle check-in, scanning, and inventory reconciliation.
• Perform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle paperwork, printing reports, auditing documents, and payments.
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair invoices for billing accuracy.
• Follow EH&S requirements and keep a clean, safe work area.
