Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Five years of experience in customer service or parts sales for mechanical equipment.

Aufgaben

• Receive inquiries or orders via phone/email and enter into CRM (SAP Cloud).
• Process quotes within ERP; coordinate with Production Control & Purchasing for scheduling/pricing.
• Process and confirm parts orders; verify credit terms/status; collaborate with Accounting on terms.
• Log after-hour calls in SAP Cloud CRM for After Sales profitability.
• Manage and track order status; follow up through delivery.
• Maintain electronic filing of order documents in SAP Cloud.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call weekly schedule.
• Process warranty claims and related credit memos.
• Proactively contact customers within assigned region.
• Maintain customer data in SAP (contacts, terms, incoterms, shipping).
