Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Urbandale, IA for a contract-to-hire basis. The role handles inquiries from store managers, distributors, customers, and store owners to resolve issues and ensure top customer experience.

You will triage inquiries, research root causes, maintain CRM records, and support back-end activities for sales, invoicing, and shipping. A hybrid workplace and pay of $20–$21 per hour are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide complete resolution
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience working with a team or independently after training
• Experience with Salesforce and Workday is a plus

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming inquiries to discern, resolve, or reassign
• Research root causes of customer inquiries using available tools
• Maintain customer accounts and interaction histories in the CRM
• Provide back-end support for sales, ordering, invoicing, shipping, and warranties
• Adhere to established service levels and performance standards
• Provide feedback to leadership on trends and exceptions
