You will facilitate appraisals, coordinate service appointments, and collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless, transparent process aligned with CarMax's commitment to honesty and innovation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service guiding customers through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing.
• Conduct vehicle condition assessments and document findings for appraisals.
• Manage inventory processes including check-in, scanning, and reconciliation.
• Perform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle admin tasks like printing reports, paperwork, and payments.
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair invoices for billing accuracy.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
