Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of customer service or related experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls and emails.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide timely and accurate information about products, services, orders, and accounts.
• Assist customers with placing, updating, and tracking orders.
• Research and resolve customer concerns and service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate customer information in internal systems.
• Process order changes, returns, credits, and other requests as needed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure questions are resolved.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and provide updates.
• Build positive relationships through professional, responsive communication.
• Identify and elevate more complex customer concerns when appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity expectations.
• Assist with additional administrative and customer support responsibilities.
