Full-time, in-person position based at 1301 W First St., Granite City, IL 62040, Monday–Friday. You will handle orders, returns, and payments while maintaining detailed customer records and contributing

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required; bilingual preferred.
• Experience in customer support or service roles is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and diverse software applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in an office setting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using computerized systems.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
