Job summary

Lennox International is hiring for a customer support role based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase revenue.
• Handle incoming customer requests and fulfill customer needs.
• Monitor open orders and ensure completeness in a prompt manner.
• Provide support to lower-level staff on non-standard case issues.
• Manage daily customer quotations and quote follow-up process.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Ability to build and foster relationships

Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Education

Associates Degree or equivalent

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
