Job summary

Mazzella is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Cleveland to be the primary internal customer-facing contact for the Lifting Center. You will handle calls, web requests, quotes, sales orders, and counter sales while coordinating with production and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes CRM/ERP proficiency, strong communication, and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment. Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma and be detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• Answer incoming calls, counter sales, and manage daily electronic requests.
• Provide superior customer service to increase attraction and retention.
• Respond to price quotes, order inquiries, adjustments, returns, and cancellations.

Responsibilities

• Nurture customer relationships to ensure proper support.
• Coordinate delivery times with production to meet lead times.
• Assist Service Supervisor with planning and scheduling work as needed.
• Assist technicians with parts and component identification for quotes.
