Mazzella is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for the Madison Heights Lifting Branch to support customers across price quotes, orders, and delivery coordination. You’ll collaborate with sales teams, utilize the ERP and CRM systems, and ensure a seamless customer experience while upholding service standards.

The role emphasizes real-time responsiveness, accurate order processing, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Respond to the customer’s needs in real time for price quotations, order entry and status communications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure positive experiences in every transaction.
• Prepare quotes, order entry, resolve queries and manage production on orders using the ERP system.
• Use the CRM to maintain complete call records and valid customer/account information.
• Coordinate delivery times with production to meet customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Work with production team for will call and customer pick-up activities to ensure order accuracy and a high-level courteous experience.
• Assist with freight and warranty claims as needed.
• Collaborate with outside and inside sales and management to advocate for customers.
