Qualifications

• One-year certificate from a college or technical school.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute.
• Ability to drive a tractor.
• Clean MVR record.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with the customer to confirm requests with the shop foreman, verbally and in writing.
• Ensure communication aligns with Elite Support standards.
• Complete transactions by obtaining payment after repairs are completed.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
