Job summary

Lookout Ford & Kurtis Chevrolet - Parent is looking for a customer-focused service role to ensure prompt, courteous service and a smooth customer experience. You will act as the liaison between customers and the service department, answer technical questions, and maintain strong relationships with the factory network.

The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication, organization, and a professional appearance, with a track record of high customer satisfaction and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Organized and friendly personality with strong communication.
• Time management and ability to work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience and leave a positive impression.
• Act as the service liaison between customer and service department.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services and repairs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Reinforce company policies and maintain good relations with factories.
• Foster positive employee relations and teamwork.
