Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Able to work a 40-hour week, including weekends/holidays as needed.
• Proficient with laptops and CRM systems; comfortable with modern software suites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Rivian owners, from scheduling to vehicle handover.
• Translate technical information from technicians into clear owner explanations.
• Proactively communicate updates on vehicle status and manage timelines.
• Coordinate with Parts and Production teams to align service activities.
• Prepare and explain estimates and invoices with clarity and accuracy.
• Maintain impeccable records of customer communications and repairs.
