Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Service Advisor in Cleveland to deliver exceptional customer experiences at our service locations. The role blends technical understanding with strong communication as you guide customers through service needs and coordinate with Operations, Call Center, Retail, and Marketing.

You will lead with a focus on continuous improvement, participate in launch activities for new service centers, and support escalation handling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2–3 years in a customer-facing role in the Automotive industry or similar.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work 40 hours weekly, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote team member understanding of company vision and goals.
• Actively supports management in the planning and execution of the launch of Service centers
• Utilize training methodologies and tools to ensure learning effectiveness
• Deliver a top-notch customer experience and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with technicians by translating service issues into actionable work orders.
