Job summary

Intermountain Home Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Utah to act as the first point of contact for customers, scheduling and managing appointments across multiple home service brands. You will resolve concerns, build trust, and coordinate with dispatch to optimize daily scheduling.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service experience, strong phone and computer skills, and familiarity with CRM or scheduling software.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience.
• Strong phone, communication, and computer skills.
• Experience with CRM or scheduling software preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments across multiple home service brands.
• Create exceptional customer experiences that build trust and loyalty.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to optimize scheduling.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Follow up on missed appointments, customer feedback, and service opportunities.
• Make outbound calls during slower periods to maximize booking opportunities.
• Present and promote maintenance plan solutions to customers.
