You’ll answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, schedule service appointments, provide updates, and help ensure every customer receives a smooth and positive experience from the first call through service.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls and assist with scheduling service appointments.
• Make outbound calls for appointment scheduling, maintenance reminders, VIP outreach, and customer retention.
• Listen to customer needs and provide friendly, professional, and solutions-focused support.
• Accurately enter customer information, appointment details, and notes into ServiceTitan or other CRM systems.
• Communicate appointment and service updates to customers.
• Partner with dispatchers, technicians, managers, and other team members to create a seamless customer experience.
• Follow established call processes and best practices while adapting your approach to each customer’s needs.
• Help resolve customer questions and concerns and elevate issues when additional support is needed.
• Maintain accurate and professional documentation of customer interactions.
