You will manage scheduling, provide pricing information, handle inquiries, and drive inbound/outbound sales while maintaining exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Customer service or call center experience preferred
• HVAC or home services experience is a plus (training provided)
• Proven Inbound and outbound Sales Skills
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable with phones, computers, and scheduling software
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound/outbound calls, texts, and emails from customers
• Schedule HVAC service, maintenance, and installation appointments
• Coordinate scheduling details with technicians and dispatch
• Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and availability
• Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism
• Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and scheduling systems
• Process payments and invoices as needed
• Focus on customer lifecycle and experience
• Apply strong sales acumen to convert inbound leads and drive outbound sales calls
• Achieve established monthly sales targets
