Job summary

Greener Method Cleaning & Restoration is hiring a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to serve as the main contact for customers. The CSR will drive an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to scheduling and service completion, coordinating with field teams and management.

The role requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Full-time, on-site schedule, Monday–Friday, during normal business hours.
