Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with 1–2 years of related experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Accurately schedule and reschedule loads to ensure timely delivery.
• Track trailer pools and provide documentation for disputes.
• Monitor freight for potential resets and reschedules to avoid penalties.
• Resolve appointment requests within locked out dates.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers and business segments.
• Communicate with customers to verify orders and schedule deliveries.
