Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and reschedule all loads awarded by the customer.
• Track trailer pools for available empties.
• Provide documentation for customer disputes.
• Monitor freight for potential resets and reschedules.
• Resolve appointment requests with delivery dates in locked out areas.
• Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with customers.
• Communicate with customers to verify product orders.
