Job summary

HOM Furniture is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Minnesota to deliver outstanding service to customers. You will answer phones, finalize orders, process payments, and schedule deliveries or pickups.

Responsibilities include processing returns, handling order changes, updating customers on status, and assisting showroom Sales Consultants. A high school diploma or GED and at least six months of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience preferred.
• Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Working toward or have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and directing callers.
• Finalizing orders, taking payments, and scheduling deliveries.
• Processing returns and initial warranty paperwork.
• Making changes and cancellations to orders when appropriate.
• Updating customers on changes to their order status.
• Processing finance applications.
• Supports showroom Sales Consultants with orders as needed.
• Processes sales for accessories and small purchases.
• Occasionally works the sales floor following HOM Furniture’s sales methods.
• Other duties as assigned.
