Qualifications

• 6 months–2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between customer and AEM to resolve issues and increase sales.
• Interface with clients daily via phone and email.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, purchasing and sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Place calls to customers with in-house orders to provide quotes and status updates.
• Reach out to potential customers to establish contact and encourage future business.
• Receive calls and emails from customers and resolve questions or issues.
• Coordinate quotes and timelines with teams to ensure accurate information.
• Prepare bi-monthly activity reports for customers.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
