Job summary

ibex is seeking a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) - Sales to join our growing team. You will convert incoming calls into booked service appointments and make outbound calls to schedule maintenance, using product scripts with an authentic, personable cadence.

You will follow CX procedures, build positive relationships with customers, and meet daily targets. The role offers opportunities to drive sales by recommending memberships or additional services, requiring empathy, multitasking,

Qualifications

Maintain organization to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

Promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming calls into booked service appointments.
Make outbound calls to schedule maintenance visits.
Follow procedures and processes within the CX Team to address issues or follow ups.
Build positive relationships by addressing customer questions professionally.
Meet daily qualitative & quantitative targets for yourself and your team.
Identify opportunities for driving sales by recommending memberships or services.
