Job summary

Triumph Financial, Inc. is seeking a Client Experience Representative (CXR) to deliver outstanding service via phone, email and chat for transportation factoring and payment platform clients.

The ideal candidate has prior high-volume customer service experience and a commitment to educating, retaining and collaborating with clients. Responsibilities include handling inbound queues, guiding clients through portals, resolving holds and disputes, and supporting onboarding.

Qualifications

• High-volume customer service experience or higher education equivalent.
• Knowledge of freight, transportation, and/or logistics is preferred.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary phone, email, and chat support for inbound queues.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to ensure fast, friendly interactions.
• Identify follow-up needs and resolve issues on first contact when possible.
• Holistically review client accounts, pending invoices, and payments.
• Assist clients with onboarding and using company portals and systems.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
