The role centers on answering incoming calls, prioritizing issues, and coordinating with technicians and sales staff to ensure timely service delivery and accurate invoicing. The candidate will fill in for other team members when needed, initiate plans of action, and manage contracts, insurance certificates, and pre-liens as required.
