Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership or store management experience.
• Ability to coach and develop team members for exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce SOPs and company programs to ensure legal compliance.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership, service standards, and operations continuity.
• Oversee in-store programs (balloons, birthday events) and omni-channel services (BOPIS, SDD).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and Extend protection plans; drive customer retention.
