Job summary

Kirkland’s Home in Springfield, Missouri is seeking a Sales Associate who provides an exceptional shopping experience by leveraging our customer service model and assisting with merchandising and operations under management guidance.

You will sell, cashier, replenish, set floorsets, and keep the store clean while delivering friendly service and promoting loyalty programs and promotions.

• Operates POS system and handles transactions efficiently.
• Supports stock replenishment, floorsets, and housekeeping.
