Kirkland's Home is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience by following our customer service model and supporting store operations and merchandising under management direction.

The role includes selling, cashiering, restocking, floor sets, and cleaning, with opportunity to engage with customers across channels while promoting loyalty programs and promotions.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate clearly, both written and verbal.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays and evenings as needed.
• Flexible schedule to meet store needs and shift coverage.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Able to ascend/descend ladders and stock shelves as required.

Responsibilities

• Supports customer service in in-store and online experiences.
• Engages with customers and demonstrates selling behaviors.
• Greets customers enthusiastically and maintains a positive attitude.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions, and merchandise.
• Maintains merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Keeps stockroom and sales floor organized and safe.
