Job summary

Kirkland’s Home in O’Fallon, MO is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience aligned with our customer service model while supporting daily store operations and merchandising under management direction.

You will flex into selling, cashiering, replenishing, floor sets, and cleaning, while guiding customers about loyalty programs and promotions, maintaining accurate pricing and inventory, and working as part of a positive, energetic team.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Able to read and follow store directives and manuals.
