Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to help manage front-end operations in the Donated Goods Retail area. You will work with store leadership to optimize donations, display merchandise, and assist customers and donors to improve their shopping experience.

You will train and develop sales associates, enforce merchandising guidelines, assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and ensure safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 3 years related experience.
• POS and basic computer experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales through rotation, displays, signage and inventory.
• Meet or exceed sales goals on a consistent basis.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers, donors and staff.
• Train and develop sales associates; enforce merchandising guidelines.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and cash handling per procedures.
• Open/close the store as assigned by the manager and interview entry-level candidates.
• Assist with associate evaluations and back-up to the Customer Service Manager.
• Support asset protection policies; report issues to leadership.
• Assist with programs/events and ensure safety requirements are met.
