Job summary

HomeGoods at TJX Companies is seeking candidates to deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage with customers, promote loyalty programs, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready for customers.

Responsibilities include accurately processing purchases and returns, supporting loss prevention, and participating in store recovery and merchandising tasks. Previous retail experience is a plus, and a flexible schedule is required.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery and keeps the store clean and organized.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
