Responsibilities

• Provide a highly satisfied customer experience through engagement with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Cross-train across store areas to support business needs.
• Accurately ring purchases and returns, and manage cash handling per SOPs.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the store.
