Job summary

State Farm is seeking a Customer Experience Research Intern for its Customer Insights & Measurement (CIM) Team. The role focuses on understanding customer behavior through quantitative and qualitative methods, with opportunities to create surveys and analyze data to drive business impact.

The internship supports a hybrid work environment with locations including Dunwoody, GA, and Bloomington, IL. Eligible graduate students in related fields will contribute to cross-functional research projects

Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled in a Master's or PhD degree program in a research-related field like Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Research, Anthropology, Design Thinking, Economics, or Marketing.
Experience scoping, designing, and conducting quantitative and qualitative research.
Experience with tools such as R, SPSS, SAS, Python, or Qualtrics.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with peer researchers to understand research needs and develop/execute research to support those needs.
Conduct new primary quantitative or qualitative research to understand customer needs and improve the customer experience.
Communicate complex analyses and insights in a simple, actionable way to business partners.
