Job summary
State Farm seeks current graduate students to join the Customer Insights & Measurement (CIM) Team as a Research Intern. The role focuses on both quantitative and qualitative methods to understand customer behavior and improve the insurance customer experience.
You will work with a team of researchers and analysts, develop surveys, analyze data, and share actionable insights with business partners. The internship offers a hybrid work environment with remote options in the United States.
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a Master's or PhD degree program in a research-related field.
- Experience scoping, designing, and conducting quantitative and qualitative research.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with peer researchers to understand research needs and develop/execute research plans.
- Execute primary quantitative or qualitative research to understand customer needs and improve experience.
- Analyze data to explain customer behavior; translate findings into actionable insights.
- Present complex analyses in simple terms and help stakeholders act on insights.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced team and continue developing skills.
