State Farm invites graduate students in Industrial/Organizational Psychology to join the Organizational Insights Research team for a year-long internship. The program runs June 2, 2027 – May 14, 2028, with full-time hours in summer and part-time during the school year.

You will conduct organizational research, analyze data, and deliver insights to decision makers. Locations include Dunwoody, GA and Bloomington, IL, with remote or hybrid options and a $32.50 hourly rate plus a $2,000 stipend.

Qualifications

• Current graduate students in an Industrial/Organizational Psychology program from June 2027 to May 2028.

Responsibilities

• Join the Organizational Insights Research team for a year-long internship with full-time in summer and part-time in fall/spring.
• Conduct associate and organizational research to provide data-driven insights for strategic planning and execution.
