State Farm seeks current graduate students to join the Customer Insights & Measurement (CIM) Team as a Research Intern. The role focuses on both quantitative and qualitative methods to understand customer behavior and improve the insurance customer experience.
You will work with a team of researchers and analysts, develop surveys, analyze data, and share actionable insights with business partners. The internship offers a hybrid work environment with remote options in the United States.

Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for current Graduate students who are passionate about understanding how consumers think, feel and act in the insurance and financial services space. The ideal candidate would be a researcher who has experience with quantitative research, qualitative research, or both. This includes the ability to create surveys, analyze quantitative data, and/or employ qualitative methods such as conducting one-on-one interviews and summarizing overall themes. Being able to communicate well and visualize your findings to create impact are also key.
Our Team:
This position is to join the Customer Insights & Measurement (CIM) Team. The CIM team is a strong group of 30 researchers, statisticians, and analysts who focus on planning, executing, analyzing, and sharing research that provides actionable insights about the customer experience. Those insights are used by various business partners across the company so they can make data-driven decisions. Come join a research team that takes its work seriously but has fun along the way.
