Ideal candidates are pursuing I/O psychology (or related fields) with strong analytics, quantitative and qualitative research skills, and familiarity with R, Python, and AWS.

Qualifications

• Current graduate student in an Industrial/Organizational Psychology program or related field from June 2027 to May 2028.
• Strong data analytics skills.
• Advanced research skills (quantitative and qualitative).
• Knowledge of statistical software (R or Python).
• Interest in or willingness to learn about Cloud-based computing environments (AWS).

Responsibilities

• Conduct associate and organizational research within the Organizational Insights Research team.
• Provide data-driven insights and consultation to decision makers to support strategic planning.
• Support research practices and contribute to the team’s understanding of associate behavior and organizational performance.
