National Car Rental in Spokane at the Spokane International Airport is hiring a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to provide friendly, efficient service and guide customers through rental terms and options.

You will verify driver information, process rentals, handle reservations and calls, and help with directions and local information. This on-site role offers a robust benefits package and varied schedules, with pay starting at $20.75 per hour and advancing with length of service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations/at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and available options including protection products and upgrades.
• Provide directions and local area information to customers as needed.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and inquiries from customers and other branches.
• Place outbound calls for callbacks and other communications as assigned.
• Assess the condition of rental vehicles upon return and communicate issues to management.
• Maintain ongoing training and development opportunities offered by the company.

The Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. This position is located at the Spokane International Airport (GEG) at 9000 W Airport Dr. Spokane, WA 99224. The pay for this position starts at $20.75 per hour. Employees in this position earn between $20.75- $21.75 / hour depending on length of service. We offer a robust Benefits Package including, but not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
• Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
• Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Notify Management of any known customer problems
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
