Enterprise Mobility at the Daytona Beach Airport is hiring a Customer Experience Representative. You will greet customers, explain rental terms, and help with vehicle features while delivering friendly, efficient service.

This full-time 40-hour schedule includes Wednesday to Sunday 4pm-12am with Mondays and Tuesdays off. Pay starts at $18.00/hour ($18.50 after 4pm) plus monthly bonuses; annual target $37,400–$47,000 with benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Basic PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years).
• Must read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient service by communicating rental terms and vehicle features.
• Suggest protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and accessories.
• Offer directions and local information to customers.
• Answer reservations, rate quotes, and general questions by phone and in person.
• Place outgoing calls for callbacks and follow-ups.
• Assist with vehicle return inspections and notify management of issues.
• Pursue training and development opportunities.
• Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as needed.

The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) at the Daytona Beach Airport. The Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience.

This pay for this position starts at $18.00 / hr ($18.50 / hour after 4pm) PLUS monthly customer service bonus incentives. This is an anticiated yearly target of $37,400 / year - $47,000 / year

Schedule:Apart from religious observation, interested candidates must be able to work the following full-time (40 hour/week) shift schedule, including holidays:

• Shift: Wednesday - Sunday: 4pm-12am, Mon/Tue: OFF

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services
• Use Company approved sales and service techniques to determine customer needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
• Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
• Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Notify Management of any known customer problems
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training
• Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
• Must have a minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years
• Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English
• Must be willing to work at the Daytona Beach Airport
• Must be willing to accept pay of $18.00 / hour ($18.50 / hour after 4pm) plus monthly customer service bonus incentives
