Job summary

Schomp Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated customer service professional to support dealerships and customers from our Highlands Ranch, CO location. You will handle high volumes of calls, provide accurate product information, and document interactions in the CRM to ensure exceptional service.

This on-site role requires a patient, empathetic approach and strong time-management skills. The position is full-time, hourly, with a schedule including Saturdays and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to manage time and multi-task.
• Willing to work retail hours including holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls to the main company line promptly and courteously.
• Provide accurate information about company products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Listen to customer concerns and work to find satisfactory resolutions.
• De-escalate challenging situations with patience and tact.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM.
• Efficiently use the company’s phone system.
• Quality review customer information in the CRM and merge duplicate records.
• Download CRM/DMS databases and sort/filter spreadsheets for review.
