Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls promptly and courteously.
• Serve as the primary contact for general inquiries about products, services and policies.
• Listen to concerns, empathize and resolve issues satisfactorily.
• De-escalate upset customers with patience and professionalism.
• Document interactions in the CRM accurately.
• Use phone system features efficiently for routing and transfers.
• Perform quality reviews of CRM data and merge duplicates.
• Download CRM/DMS data and assist in data sorting for reviews.
