Schomp Automotive Group in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a customer service advocate to handle a high volume of inbound calls, provide information on products, policies, and procedures, and help guests with inquiries. You will empathize with customers, de-escalate when needed, document interactions in the CRM, and use the dealer DMS and Google Suite to support daily tasks.

This full-time, hourly role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and a dedication to outstanding

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Experience with CRM and DMS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls promptly and courteously.
• Serve as primary contact for general customer inquiries.
• Listen to customer concerns and resolve issues satisfactorily.
• De-escalate situations maintaining professionalism.
• Document all interactions in the CRM.
• Use the phone system effectively (routing, transferring, etc.).
• Review CRM data and merge duplicates.
• Download CRM/DMS databases and assist quality review.
