Job summary

Ventura Foods Irvine, CA seeks a Customer Experience Quality Manager to lead quality and customer experience programs for food industry clients. Focus on moments that matter, manage case handling, and drive proactive communication with customers and internal teams.

The role requires 5+ years in food quality, leadership experience, knowledge of FSMA/HACCP, and cross-functional collaboration. You will partner with Service Cloud and conduct customer reviews to translate insights into actions.
