Ventura Coastal, LLC is seeking a Lead Quality Systems Manager in Tipton, CA to oversee Regulatory, Food Safety, and Quality Systems and to ensure customer and regulatory expectations are met. The role reports to the Food Safety and Quality Systems Manager and requires frequent travel.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a scientific or food-related field, at least two years of leadership in a manufacturing setting, and HACCP certification.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in scientific or food-related discipline preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• Two years of leadership experience in a food processing/manufacturing environment.
• HACCP certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Ventura Coastal in maintaining all systems relating to Regulatory, Food Safety, Quality Systems, and Customer Satisfaction.
• Ensure regulatory or customer needs are communicated and followed up for completion and satisfaction.
• Drive quality systems compliance with each department within VC LLC.
• Act as SQF Practitioner and maintain compliance with SQF code modules.
• Organize and facilitate customer & regulatory audits and inspections.
• Communicate and train plant employees on food safety training as needed.
