Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify production records are completed correctly.
• Assist with calibration and record keeping of all QA equipment.
• Check retained samples or returned products as part of customer complaints.
• Record mixing errors and adjustments made to batches.
• Record all checks and tests for future reference.
• Monitor critical control points and ensure proper recording.
• Train new QA Technicians and assist with audits.
• Maintain microbiological testing and associated documentation.
• Maintain SPC data analysis and reporting.
• Audit raw materials for adherence to specifications.
• Oversee day-to-day QA department operations and safety procedures.
