Alpine Specialty Services is seeking a Customer Experience Representative in the United States. You will be the friendly voice customers rely on for questions, scheduling, and service coordination, ensuring professional and caring interactions.

Starting with paid training, you’ll earn $20.00 per hour, then $21.00–$22.00 per hour after training, with performance bonuses increasing total earning potential to $27.00–$35.00+ per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, scheduling, hospitality, retail, inside sales, call center operations, or administrative support.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Able to communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to service inquiries
• Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
• Educate customers on available services and solutions
• Build rapport and provide an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain detailed customer records and appointment information
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communication
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value through consultative conversations
