Job summary

Hireology in Wixom, MI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support for inbound calls from customers, prospects, and partners. You will resolve questions and concerns promptly, working closely with sales and service teams to route inquiries correctly.

This full-time, year-round position pays at least $20.00 per hour, with benefits starting at hire; experience preferred. Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays in the Spring, and a strong focus on customer

Responsibilities

• Provide top notch customer service to potential or existing customers
• Address and resolve all customer questions and complaints within a timely manner
• Work closely with the sales and service departments to ensure that customer inquiries are directed to the appropriate department and personnel
• Answer allotted calls in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Perform A/R duties as required
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the department.
• Perform outbound renewal calls as directed
• Punctual & consistent reporting to work
• Adherence to all company standards of behavior, policies and procedures.
• Obtain a high level of customer satisfaction & retention.
• All others as assigned.
